I love working with families to create memories that will last a lifetime. Because we are not promised tomorrow, THIS is the most important time in your life. Moms, you are usually the ones taking the photos, and I am determined to get everyone in front of the camera and have it captured exactly the way you'd like. I love genuine smiles, tight squeezes, and belly laughs- and I promise to work my hardest to deliver the best images!
I have a few options for family portraits, a mini session, a full session, and every so often I will run a themed "short" session special. I have an all-white studio and I also shoot on location. Together we can talk about what session would best suit your family!

Short Session $295
Sessions are 10-minutes and include the digital files. (expect 20+) These sessions are held at a location of Megan Garrison's
choosing or we book more than one session back to back at a closer-to-you location if desired. Digital files are given with a full print release.
Mini Session $525
Sessions are 30-minutes and include the digital files.These sessions are held at a location of Megan Garrison'schoosing or we book more than one session back to back at a closer-to-you location if desired. Digital files are given with a full print release.
Full Session $675
Sessions are up to 60-minutes long and can be held anywhere you'd like in the RVA/surrounding area. Changing outfits isn't usually recommended because kids tend to get over it quicker that way, but this session gives us more time to explore and play. Digital files are given with a full print release.
Extended Family Session $1150
Family in town? Schedule an extended family session and we spend up to an hour capturing all of the combinations. You can pick the location or I can help suggest some! Digital files are given with this package.
FAQs
-If I do not want to print my images, will you? YES! I have one of the best printers and their prints are calibrated to my computer. I keep printing very affordable so you can easily choose to print from me and know it will be an amazing quality.
-Can we change outfits during sessions? Generally it's recommended you don't, because kids tend to get over it quickly when there is an outfit swap involved, and the more time changing the less images you will receive :)
- What locations do you pick for mini sessions? Beautiful spots full of interesting nooks for the most beautiful pictures!
-How long until we get our images? A sneak peek goes up within 1-3 days and the full gallery in about 2 weeks. This is an online gallery that you can share with friends and family!
